What Is the Compliance Program (CP)?

The Compliance Program (CP) involves independently establishing and operating an internal compliance system to comply with the laws and regulations related to fair trade and clarifying the Code of Conduct to the executives and employees of the company as a means to prevent the risks of committing legal violations and to discovery potential violations in advance.JW Group is dedicated to ensuring the practical operation of CP by publishing and distributing compliance manuals, setting forth the Code of Conduct to help the executives and employees comply with the laws
and regulations related to fair trade, and providing continuous compliance and ethical education..
We took a step beyond these efforts in 2014 by organizing the Compliance Committee and appointing the Compliance Manager in order to strengthen our will to ensure compliance management, and we are making an effort to reinforce the responsibility and supervision system for the operation of CP.
